Hello GVRRID members,
The GVRRID board would like to share this message from the Region 1 Chapter Presidents with you regarding the situation with the National RID Board resignations. We recognize that there are many -isms such as audism, racism, and elitism, plaguing our organization and affiliate chapters. Region 1 is committed to doing the work in order to improve our communities. As a board, GVRRID is discussing what changes we can make in our own affiliate chapter and we welcome our members’ involvement in these discussions. The board meets on the second Saturday of each month. If you would like to join our meeting, please email president@gvrrid.org.
