Real Estate Signs (past)

Description

This workshop will be conducted in ASL. During this virtual workshop, attendees will learn about the house buying process, from pre-approval to closing, from a licensed real estate agent who is also a CODA ASL interpreter. Attendees will add to their interpreter toolboxes by learning real-
estate specific ASL signs. Additionally, since many real estate and mortgage concepts are not inherently visual, you will observe examples of how to describe these concepts in ASL.

Target Audience

Interpreters/students and members of the Deaf community wishing to understand the home buying process.

This workshop will be presented in ASL.  Contact PDChair@GVRRID.org for language accommodations or questions.
