TERPexpo was coined by a group of people including Jon Ziev, an event management professional, his lovely wife Amy, (a Sign Language Interpreter in the community for 10 plus years) as well as several friends in the field of deafness. 

Since Jon is a professional event manager, many have asked him over the years to consider an unique concept of create an expo for the Interpreters (there are several expos for the Deaf but none for the interpreters!) where people can take advantage of exclusively earning affordable CEU's in an enjoyable environment. Thus...the creation of TERPexpo!

DPHH™ promotes greater awareness of deaf people from all backgrounds, encourages diversity, provides a venue to network and develop new opportunities, and creates an environment ideal for making new acquaintances and reminiscing with old faces.

Hearing people are encouraged to attend! Many ASL interpreters and other hearing people attend DPHH™ as it is an opportunity to meet old and new friends. If you are not a signer, you should bring a friend, the DPHH™ environment can sometimes be overwhelming!
